STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
Scheduling a Session
Using the Come & Dish™ website is fast and easy. Select the month that you would like to visit us and find a session time that works for you. Next, select either 6 or 12 entrees from a choice of 14 entrees. Your signature sauce is included in your purchase.
Scheduling a Private Party
Private parties can be scheduled for 8 to 12 of your friends, families, neighbors or for a special occasion. To schedule a private party please contact the store at 847-458-5865. Hostess packages are available.
Prior to your arrival
When coming to Come & Dish™ for your session, please bring a large cooler or laundry basket in which to transport your entrees home with. If you have long hair, please tie it back, and wear comfortable light clothing. It can get warm in our kitchen. All other supplies will be provided for you during the session.
Getting it all together
After making your reservation on our website, the wheels are put in motion. Our staff will be working to gather and prep all necessary ingredients for your entree selections.
Arrival
Upon your arrival, you will be cordially greeted and welcomed to our kitchen. Take a moment to park your cooler in the front of the store and enjoy a complimentary beverage and cookie before the session begins.
Prepare yourself!
Next you will be given a Come & Dish™ apron. You will need to wash your hands and we will give you a quick overview of how the session will proceed.
Your Storage Space
You will be assigned freezer space to store your entrees after you complete them.
Make it and take it!
Start at any station that features one of your selected entrees. You will assemble the entrees to your families taste, seal it, label it and place it in your assigned freezer space. Move on to the next station and in one to two hours you will have 6-12 custom entrees made and ready to take home!
After all of the meals are completed, it is time to move your entrees to your cooler, and grab a refrigerator chart, which lists an inventory of your entrees, and back-up instructions on how to cook each entree as well as suggested sides. Grab next month's menu and you are done, go home and reap your family's praises for a job well done!
